supplying customers with high quality parts and service. We have attempted to
make your purchases with us as easy and safe as possible. We encourage any
questions or comments so we may continue to improve our website to better
serve our customers.

Minimum Purchase: $10.00
Shipping: We offer free U.P.S. ground shipment to the 48
states on orders over $50. A $10 shipping charge will be added to orders
under $50. All orders from Alaska and Hawaii will be shippped U.P.S. 2nd day,
or next day air at an additional cost. Please e-mail or phone with request.
Shipping Methods: Orders to the 48 states will be shipped
U.P.S. ground.
Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice
date and have prior authorization. To receive authorization please e-mail or call with reason
for return. All returns must be received by Hot Rod Chrome in new,unused condition. Customer
pays for return shipping. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Exception would be if customer received defective or other
than ordered item(s). Items returned to us will receive a store credit or cash refund for the amount of returned
item(s).Shipping charges are nonrefundable.Shipping costs paid for by Hot Rod Chrome will be deducted
from the refund amount.
Payment: We accept most major credit cards on our secure
on line ordering system. We also accept postal money orders. Credit cards will be billed when
order is shipped.
